Devonshire Apartments has studio and one bedroom apartments. Most of our studios offer walk-in closets and many of our one bedroom have views of lake Michigan. Each apartment offers zoned heating and air conditioning that is individually controlled for your preferred comfort. Wi-Fi is provided through out the building with many units having a wired data connection.
Living at Devonshire Apartments places you in walking distance to two lakefront beaches, South Shore beach and Rainbow beach. You can also go fishing at Jackson Park Harbor. Or play nine holes or even 18 holes of golf at our two local golf courses.
Devonshire Apartments is in close proximity to educational and cultural institutions. The newly remodeled South Shore Branch, Chicago Public Library is right around the corner. It just went through a complete remodel. The Museum of Science and Industry is only minutes away from Devonshire, and you only need to cross the street to catch the #6 or #26 CTA bus which will take you downtown in 15-20mins.
